Samsung are to follow up their popular NC10 netbook, with the NC20 featuring namely a larger screensize. The NC20 just about fits into the netbook range with it’s 12.1 inch screen. With the increased screen size brings in a resolution of up to 1200 x 800.

A Samsung rep has confirmed to LaptopMag, that the Samsung NC20 will be released in the US on March 16th. The netbook however, will only be available to purchase from Newegg.com. The price of the netbook hasn’t been announced yet, but based on the UK price of £379.54 ($478 approx) from Amazon, £50 more than it’s little brother the NC10, the price could start from $470.

On release in the US, the NC20 will be available in black featuring the new VIA Nano U2250 processor and 1GB of RAM. The NC20 is also larger than the NC10 on account of the larger screen, but this however provides the NC20 with a larger keyboard. The touchpad has also increased in size on the netbook, but remains with the single bar mouse button.
